The fuel of "reaching out"

My publisher called and wants me to write another book. I never planned to write the first one it just happened. I have no plans to write the next one but it also seems to be just happening anyway. I think it is being fueled by the wonderful emails I have been getting since the book came out and the thirst people have to hear more.

I received an email today from Bejing, China. I have received quite a few of these since MWTM was translated into Chinese and published in China a few months ago. It was fun to see how it looked in Chinese and heartwarming to hear the appetite for spiritual growth in these people who have written to me. Much of what people are saying is that they have never encountered the kind of wisdom that they have received through Sadhguru in this book. The people who have written want more and many of them are asking, "what's next?" And/or, " How to get Sadhguru to China". Several people have said that they have been trying to grow on their own and they appreciate the value of having a spiritual master.

After my unproductive spiritual search for so many years when I encountered Sadhguru, I wanted to let other seekers know he was here. There is a lot of resistance to gurus in this country. It is a travesty to not understand the good fortune behind encountering a real spiritual teacher. In America people are jaded about many things particularly spiritual leaders. In India the understanding is there that if you do encounter a genuine guru it is quite a leap for your journey back to oneness. Even in India many people seem to be jaded but there is a basic understanding about what a guru is within their culture and what a tremendous boost it can be if you meet an authentic one.
