The Storm is Over

After the Anaadhi program life got intense in many ways some predictable, some not. During the program it was so disciplined and such an energy high of sorts, I had big expectations about how things were going to be when it was over. Even though I feel I am functioning from a different altitude now the first three months back were very difficult. It was as though I had cleaned out my closet and made a big mess.

Many times when I have cleaned out something like a closet or the garage or the basement everything looks much worse before it is cleaned out and straightened up. Post Anaadhi was like that at first. One thing on the spritual path I notice, everyone has there own experience uniquely tailored to them. What happened to me felt like a roto-rooter had come in and scraped all kinds of unprocessed emotional gunk off of the walls and I was swirling in a bunch of uncharcteristic emotion. All that storm is completely over now.
